We only collect the information necessary to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services professionally.

Your information is used to prepare quotations, confirm bookings, communicate with you before your event, process payments, and provide the entertainment services you have requested. We may also use your information to improve our services and respond to any questions or feedback. We will never sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent.
3. Data Protection
LEOSUS is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. While no online system can guarantee absolute security, we continually strive to keep your information safe.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party providers to help deliver our services, such as payment processors, website hosting, mapping services, or social media platforms. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services and are expected to protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Booking Terms
LEOSUS Booking agreement
Your booking is confirmed once your quotation has been accepted and payment requirements have been met.
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1. Booking Enquiries/Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the client has accepted the quotation and any required booking fee or deposit has been received. LEOSUS will reserve the agreed event date and time exclusively for your booking. Until confirmation is received, the date remains available to other enquiries.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the event details provided at the time of quotation. Should your event requirements change, such as the venue, duration, equipment, travel distance, or additional services, the quotation may be updated accordingly.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before your event. This allows us to focus entirely on delivering a seamless entertainment experience on the day. Payment instructions will be provided with your quotation and booking confirmation.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, ensuring suitable access to the venue, and supplying a safe, secure area with adequate power for the equipment. Any special venue requirements or restrictions should be communicated before the event to avoid delays or additional costs.
5. Event Changes
If you need to change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes involving extra equipment, travel, setup time, or extended performance hours.
6. Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify LEOSUS in writing as soon as possible.
As your event date approaches, LEOSUS reserves your booking date, prepares equipment, schedules staff, and may decline other enquiries. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 30 days before the event – No cancellation fee. Where possible, your booking may be transferred to a new available date, subject to availability.
15–30 days before the event – A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value will apply.
7–14 days before the event – A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply.
Less than 7 days before the event – The full booking value (100%) is payable, as preparations have been completed and the date has been reserved exclusively for your event.
Where possible, LEOSUS will always do its best to accommodate a change of date rather than a cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties.
7. Force Majeure
LEOSUS cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power failures, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Where possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date or suitable solution.
8. Intellectual Property
All sound, lighting, DJ equipment, branding, photographs, logos, website content, and other intellectual property remain the property of LEOSUS unless otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment must not be tampered with, moved, or used by unauthorised persons without prior permission.
9. Website Use
By using the LEOSUS website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse of the website, including attempts to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, or copy content without permission, is prohibited.
10. Photography & Media
LEOSUS may occasionally capture photographs or short videos during events for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that no images or videos from your event are used, please let us know before your event, and we will gladly respect your wishes.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quotation, paying a booking fee, or confirming a booking with LEOSUS, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
